Shame is simply not a motivator.  This woman won’t give candy to kids she believes are overweight and is giving them letters to bring home to their parents about their ‘weight problem.’  People like this should all have to live on an island with one another.  Nobody asked your opinion lady.  Why don’t you just not give any candy out?
